A fintech company providing a non-custodial payment orchestration and compliance platform for corporate clients. The company combines fiat payment infrastructure and crypto solutions into a single B2B offering and is rapidly expanding its international client base.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will take ownership of new client acquisition and play a key role in the company's commercial growth.

This is a high-impact position where you'll work directly with the Founder, helping shape go-to-market strategy, expand into new markets, and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a pipeline of B2B clients with complex payment and banking needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Work closely with Compliance to ensure prospective clients meet onboarding requirements.
  • Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients, partners, and introducers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and expand the professional network.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to support product and commercial strategy.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within FinTech, Payments, PSP, EMI, Banking-as-a-Service, or Crypto.
  • Experience working with high-risk industries and complex payment solutions.
  • Existing network of corporate clients, introducers, or strategic partners.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and closing new business.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • English — fluent.
  • Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
