The company is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of corporate clients and ensure a smooth and compliant account opening process.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist with experience in EMI, Banking, or financial services.
You will manage the client onboarding process from the initial application and documentation collection through internal reviews, approvals, and account activation.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for corporate clients.
• Collect, review, and verify corporate documents, UBO information, and application forms.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate KYC/KYB, due diligence, and compliance reviews.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding missing documents and additional information.
• Coordinate onboarding approvals with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.
• Monitor onboarding progress, deadlines, and outstanding requests.
• Support business account opening and activation processes.
• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding documentation.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to onboarding procedures.
• Experience in client onboarding within EMI, Banking, FinTech, or payment services.
• Understanding of corporate KYC/KYB and customer due diligence requirements.
• Experience working with corporate documents, ownership structures, and UBO information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
• Strong client communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established compliance procedures.
