Head of Finance

We're a fast-growing fintech company building card-based payment solutions and alternative payment methods (APM) for businesses. We're looking for a hands-on Head of Finance to own financial control and reporting across a group of projects as we scale.

• Own end-to-end reconciliation across a group of projects/entities — card processing, settlements, PSP/acquirer statements, APM providers
• Own and manage P&L across the project portfolio: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models, cash flow forecasts, and unit economics per project/product line
• Design and continuously improve financial processes and internal controls as the company scales
• Prepare financial reporting packages for management, board, and investors
• Manage relationships with banks, payment processors, PSPs, and card schemes on settlement terms, fees, and reconciliation issues
• Work with legal/compliance to ensure financial operations meet relevant regulatory requirements in payments/fintech
• Manage treasury operations: multi-currency accounts, liquidity and settlement timing planning
• As the team grows, build and lead a finance function (hiring, processes, tooling)

• Proven experience in a finance leadership role, ideally in fintech, payments, card issuing/acquiring, or PSP business
• Hands-on experience running reconciliation across multiple projects, entities, or currencies
• Strong P&L ownership and financial modeling skills
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment, comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI/financial tools is a plus
• Fluent Russian and English 
• Strong analytical and communication skills — able to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
