About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist / KYC Officer to join the Compliance Department of a fast-growing UK-based PSP (Payment Service Provider). This role is essential for ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining high compliance standards in line with FCA regulations.

• Manage onboarding of new clients in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct KYC/AML checks and due diligence for corporate and individual clients.
• Review and verify identification documents and other onboarding materials.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to escalate any red flags or suspicious activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems.
• Communicate with clients (primarily in Russian and English) to request documents and clarify information.
• Contribute to the improvement of onboarding workflows and procedures.

• 2+ years of experience in KYC/onboarding/compliance within fintech or financial services.
• Solid understanding of UK/EU AML regulations and client due diligence processes.
• Experience working with corporate clients, including onboarding and servicing iGaming companies, is required.
• Native Russian speaker; English B2+.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
