• Crypto card application for individual customers.

• Development and improvement of crypto-to-card functionality and related user journeys.

Unlimity Affiliates App (B2B)

• Administrative platform for affiliate teams.

• Corporate card solutions for media buying and advertising expenses.

Unlimity Corporate App (B2B)

• Administrative platform for corporate clients.

• Salary card programs and corporate spending cards.

IBAN & Off-Ramping Solutions

• Implementation of named IBANs for individuals and legal entities.

• Integration of IBAN functionality into existing Unlimity products.

• Development of a separate crypto off-ramping product.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and development priorities for assigned products.

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to launch and optimization.

• Define product requirements, user flows, business logic, and functional specifications.

• Coordinate integrations with card issuers, BIN sponsors, banking partners, crypto custody providers, and payment infrastructure providers.

• Work on crypto processing, transaction flows, internal ledgering, and custody-related functionality.

• Oversee the development and integration of consumer and corporate card programs.

• Coordinate named and pooled IBAN integrations and related payment functionality.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and external technology partners.

• Identify technical, operational, and regulatory dependencies affecting product delivery.

• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and monitor implementation progress.

• Improve product performance, usability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in FinTech, crypto, payments, card issuing, or embedded finance.

• At least 2 successfully delivered projects in crypto, cards, IBAN infrastructure, or closely related areas, with a demonstrable track record.

• Practical experience in at least some of the following areas:

• Crypto custody, including custodial and non-custodial models.
• Crypto processing and transaction ledgering.
• Crypto card programs using consumer and corporate BINs.
• Corporate cards for media buying, payroll, and business expenses.
• IBAN sponsorship models and integrations involving named and pooled IBANs.

• Strong understanding of card issuing infrastructure, payment flows, and financial product integrations.

• Experience working with external financial infrastructure providers and technical partners.

• Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into clear product specifications.

• Strong product ownership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to independently manage complex integrations and cross-functional projects.

Relevant Industry Experience

Experience with products or companies operating in the following areas will be particularly relevant:

• Corporate cards and media buying: Colibrix, Brocards, Kolocards, ABScards, Leading Cards, or similar platforms.

• Crypto cards, custody infrastructure, and IBAN solutions: Wirex or similar companies.

• Previous product experience at Wirex will be considered a particularly strong advantage.

• Opportunity to work on multiple products across crypto, cards, and embedded finance.
